Model and Influencer Prem Prakash

Prem Prakash (born July/19/1999) is a Delhi-based fitness influencer, former professional wrestler, and accomplished state-level hockey player. Known for his unwavering dedication to sports and fitness, he has carved out a prominent place in the digital fitness world, motivating thousands with his journey and expertise.

Prem’s foray into Indian cinema marked a significant chapter in his career. He appeared as a wrestler-actor in the Bollywood film Sultan, where he played a vital role in training lead actors Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma in wrestling, under the guidance of his coach. He also contributed to the action-packed sequences and promotional campaigns of the movie Commando, collaborating with action star Vidyut Jammwal.

An alumnus of the University of Delhi, Prem holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Program) degree. He was born and raised in Dwarka, Delhi, where his early passion for sports laid the foundation for his future endeavors.
