Sonal Gautam was born in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, into a middle-class family. Her father worked in a small government job, and her mother was a homemaker. She grew up with three sisters and one brother. The untimely passing of her mother deeply affected the family, but her father’s strength and support kept them together.
Sonal completed her education at Kanpur University, specializing in L.T. Technology. Alongside her studies, she developed a keen interest in acting and modeling, participating in various beauty pageants including Miss Uttar Pradesh and Miss Delhi NCR, which helped her gain confidence and exposure.
Career
After completing her education, Sonal briefly worked in a hospital, but her passion for the entertainment industry drew her elsewhere. Determined to pursue her dreams, she moved to Mumbai to explore opportunities in acting and modeling.
