Sharad, who is popularly known as the ‘pepper and salt model’ at the age of 48yrs was born in a very small village in Maharashtra. Unlike his reality, his dreams were always a misfit.
It took him an era to elude the adversities that were included in his fate. Being a child he always aspired to become something in life. He had the urge to move to Mumbai but was aware of the fact that his family would never allow him to travel & stay alone. The hollowness of not finding the way out propelled him to decide to elope from his house.
After passing his Xth standard exams, he got anxious and finally decided to escape in the middle of the night to be his torchbearer. With 52 rupees in their pocket, he walked the forests and reached Mumbai after 4 days. ‘He was taken aback by how his stroll became his stride.’ This is where he marked the beginning of his journey. He worked at a grocery shop for a monthly income of INR 150/-. After a few days, he narrated his story to the shop owner who got impressed by him and allowed him to sleep in the shop at night. This bolstered his will to study further and he started studying during the night.
After completing his education Sharad got placed in a company as a trainee. The year 1996, made him a permanent employee. With the years passing by he got engulfed in the institution of marriage and happily started his family. But the strings of his head & heart were still not in cohesion. In the year 2005, he again took the big decision of quitting his job to commence his business.
Sharad didn’t step out for 90 days straight and this span refueled his zeal & renewed his readiness to achieve more. And to everyone’s surprise, he managed to buy a franchise of a big insurance company to set up his new office. That’s when luck favored his efforts where he broke all the previous records & did 200% of business exceeding the given target. Within a stint of 24 months, he became a successful owner of a brand-new house & vehicle, which is the maximum accomplishment for a middle-class man in such a short timeframe. The growth still didn’t quench his satisfaction. In the midst, he realized he wanted more and that’s when he expanded his skill by learning forex which gave him huge losses backed by industry exposure. The foreign trade market became his professional niche. Today after a decade he is internationally known as a successful trader & trainer.
Besides mounting his professional abilities he encapsulates his life’s journey as a winner of fate as he got a chance to be a part of the ultra-modern fashion world. Yes, you read it right, life cushioned his struggles with the sensation of fame that knocked on his door.
Today Sharad celebrates his professional name & fashion game with a message of telling ‘how much is too much & how less is too less to depend on & to settle for.’ His attempt to yearn & earn the best routed him to this fulfilling journey of accolades. He drove his destiny’s plan but with his dreamy counterplan which finally tasted satisfaction in the face of numerous accomplishments. And he owes it all to his family who has been his biggest support
